Baron Corbin’s Evolution Must Begin

Baron Corbin has one heck of a finishing move, known as “End of Days” and a look that the wrestling gods created masterfully for him. However, these squash matches against the likes of CJ Parker, Elias Samson, and others need have proved how raw of a talent he is. Either that, or WWE is scared of putting him in a longer match. Well, the time has come for them to do that.

Corbin has been doing these squash matches for three months. While he’s obviously won every single one of them, it’s getting time for him to move onto a real feud and take the next step into super-stardom. Over the past few weeks, we have seen that been teased with Bull Dempsey. While there’s high hopes for Dempsey, he could just be being built up to look like a legitimate opponent for Corbin because with all the work they’ve done to build this guy up, there’s no way he’s losing any time soon.

I suspect we’re going to see Corbin squash someone again (Probably Samson). Following the match, Dempsey may come down and brawl with the former NFL player, leaving one of them knocked out. It could make for a big moment, since both Superstars have been untouchable since they debuted on NXT.
