Goldust is set to retire as an in-ring performer soon, according to PWInsider Elite. Before he leaves, he will likely put over his brother, Stardust.
We have seen signs of tension between the two brothers over the past month, as they’ve each cost each other tag team matches by accidentally distracting each other. Hopefully it results in a match.
However, this should have been a feud that took place at WrestleMania XXX. We’re at the point now where no one is really invested in the Dust Bros. anymore. They hardly get a crowd reaction, which can be connected to WWE lowering them in the food chain with all of the losses they’ve piled up.
No one will probably care about this feud, which is a shame. Goldust has been around WWE forever and is very well-respected. Stardust is also talented, but likely to float around the mid-card as a singles wrestler.
