This Sunday, WWE presents Extreme Rules. All of the titles are on the line, with a lot of intriguing matchups. DailyDDT previews all the matches on the card, and offers up predictions.
Tag Team Championship Match: The Brass Ring Club (Tyson Kidd & Cesaro) (c) vs New Day (Kofi Kingston & Big E)
Preview:
This matchup came as kind of a surprise, considering both teams are considered heels. While one is dangerously close to approaching “cool heel” territory in Kidd & Cesaro, the other is firmly in the “crowd wants to boo you” area of heeldom. The teams are full of excellent workers, so viewers of the pre-show will be treated to a great match.
Prediction:
It is still early in the reign of Kidd & Cesaro to take the belts off of them. While a win (while cheating) would give a huge boost to the New Day, they haven’t even fully cemented their turn. Expect a Cesaro and Kidd victory, and for them to move on to a feud with the Lucha Dragons soon.
