Bray Wyatt Takes Out a Money in the Bank Participant

The booking of Bray Wyatt has been a horror show for the past calendar year and more. He lost a feud to John Cena, was irrelevant in the Money in the Bank 2014 feud, got buried by Cena again and lost to Mark Henry and Big Show about two dozen times. This irreparably damaged Wyatt (and Luke Harper and Erick Rowan), causing WWE to split them apart in the early fall of 2014.

Wyatt became relevant when he cost Dean Ambrose his match with Seth Rollins at Hell in a Cell. Those two ended up feuding but it turned out to be a lackluster one. The Eater of Worlds then went head-to-head with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31 and lost.

Since then Wyatt had a one month feud with Ryback, defeated him and has done very little since.

As of now, Wyatt is not scheduled for a match at Money in the Bank. However, getting him involved out of nowhere would be a great start. He could take out one of the Money in the Bank participants to set up a feud for the summer.

The ideal candidates would be Randy Orton and Roman Reigns. Reasoning for an Orton feud would be interesting to see explained. As for a Reigns feud, it could be built around the former Shield man costing Wyatt his chance to be in the match. These two faced off a few weeks ago on Raw for the right to be in the ladder contest.

We saw a feud teased between these two in the winter of 2014 during the Wyatt Family vs. Shield feud. Sixteen months later, it’s possible we could see it happen.
