Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt
Result: Match ends in a double count-out.
Rating: 3.4 out of 5 stars
Despite saying Braun Strowman and Luke Harper would not come out for this match, they appeared at ringside with Wyatt.
Reigns got on the mic and said Wyatt couldn’t get through without his “training wheels.” He then called Wyatt a “b****.” Wyatt would send them away.
Reigns and Wyatt began brawling immediately. Reigns hit a big clothesline and two suplexes. He then hit a drive-by dropkick as we went to break.
We come back to see Wyatt in control with a hold. Reigns planted Wyatt with a suplex to even things. Wyatt then planted Reigns with a slam for a near-fall and clobbered him with punches.
Reigns came back with a few punches before Wyatt hit a DDT for a near-fall. Wyatt smacked Reigns’ back but went shoulder-first into the ring post after Reigns dodged a charge.
Wyatt went for a senton and Reigns moved again. Reigns would hit a punch and multiple kicks, followed up by a knee to the gut. He hit a suplex for a near-fall.
Reigns then took Wyatt down and went for the Superman Punch. Wyatt countered it but got thrown down. He kicked Reigns and took him down with a vicious clothesline for a near-fall.
Wyatt would hit Reigns with a few hard shots and bring him to the top rope. Reigns started to fight back, picked up Wyatt and hit a sit-down powerbomb for the near-fall.
Reigns would go for the spear but ran into a kick from Wyatt. He then hit the Superman punch, only for Wyatt to run away. He went for the spear on the outside but got sidestepped into the steel steps.
Wyatt tossed the steel steps but it missed Reigns. Reigns would clothesline him over the barricade. The official would ring the bell as Reigns took apart the announce table.
He then hopped over the barricade onto Wyatt. Reigns slammed Wyatt into the barricade and the two began trading punches.
Wyatt then charged into Reigns and put him through the barrier.
Then as Wyatt was boasting on the table, Reigns came up and speared him through it!
