Carmella, Dash & Dawson Interview

A recap of Dash and Dawson attacking Enzo and Big Cass from last week. Carmella is with Tom Phillips and she says Big Cass has a sprained MCL. Dash and Dawson come by and say they should’ve broken Cass’ leg. They say next week when they beat the VaudeVillains for the tag titles, everyone will know they are the top team in NXT. They present Tom Phillips with a wheelchair with “VaudeVillains” written on it.

Jason Jordan and Chad Gable Segment

Jordan says he’s frustrated they aren’t NXT Tag Team Champions. Gable says they’re still going up and and he says one day someone might call them the World’s Greatest Tag Team. Jordan says they should challenge the best team in NXT history, and Gable says they can’t wrestle themselves. Jordan says he means the Ascension and they lay down the challenge.

Bull Dempsey vs. Angelo Dawkins w/ Sawyer Fulton

Result: Dempsey def. Dawkins via pinfall (Top Rope Seated Splash).

Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars

Bull Dempsey is in control of Dawkings early before getting caught with a big elbow. Dawkins tries to keep Dempsey grounded but Bull ulks up and hits Dawkins with a headbutt. Bull flattens Dawkins with a running splash, and then hits a top rope seated splash for the win.

After the match, Sawyer Fulton does not look happy and walks to the back without Dawkins.
