3 WWE NXT Stars Who Could Be Called Up After WrestleMania 32

Bayley
Based on what we’ve seen on WWE NXT, it seems like Bayley is going to drop the NXT Women’s Championship at some point. Alexa Bliss, Eva Marie and Nia Jax are all after it. Quickly rising star Asuka may want her hands on the championship when she’s done with Dana Brooke and Emma. There’s just too many who could be after the title, so the Huggable One may lose it sooner than later.
Once Bayley is no longer NXT Women’s Champion, her rise to the main roster will be imminent.

Bayley has been in NXT since the end of 2012 and has done it all. She has worked feuds with Charlotte and Sasha Banks, who are both on the main roster. She also played the underdog role for a long time against both women.
Her match with Banks at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn stole the show and her Iron Man match with the Boss at NXT TakeOver: Respect headlined the event. Bayley and Sasha are also the only women in WWE who can say they main-evented a live special or PPV (NXT events are exclusively on the WWE Network).
So what else is there for her to do?

By the time NXT TakeOver: London comes around, Bayley will be about 4 months into her reign, or around 120 days. It’s pretty standard for a babyface if you don’t count Neville’s reign in 2014 or John Cena’s in 2005 and 2006, among others. So, expect her to drop the title to whichever heel she faces at the live special.
After that, the former SHINE star will feud with the new title holder, have a rematch at the next live special in the winter, and be done with NXT. By then, we’ll be close to WrestleMania 32, so having her off TV for a month wouldn’t be any harm done.
If Bayley arrives after WrestleMania 32, she would be in better position than Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch to succeed. Those 3 women were put on teams in the “Divas Revolution” but have either flopped or been poorly used. Bayley would come up by herself and get to be established alone. There hopefully won’t be anymore teams in the Divas division by Apr., so she can then do her own thing and be properly introduced.
How far Bayley goes on the main roster remains to be seen. Her character is over with the Full Sail faithful and the Barclays Center crowd, which is full of “smarks”, loved her. But the selling point may be with kids in the future because of her lovable, silly-at-times-but-can-get-serious-when-it-matters character. She’ll sell those wrist bands, shirts and other accessories with ease. But will Vince McMahon and company give her that proper push?
