Ryback vs. Rusev (with Lana)
After losing his title and multiple matches against John Cena, Rusev’s 2015 started to slide in a downward pattern. Mostly, due to him and Lana separating and Resuv was also out for a period of time, due to a fracture in his foot which actually occurred in a match on SmackDown against Ryback. After that awful feud against Lana and Dolph Ziggler, Rusev was able to magically make up with Lana, and the two are (thankfully) back together. Recently, Rusev has also joined up with The League of Nations, so things are looking up for the once dominant U.S. champion.

Ever since losing the Intercontinental title to Kevin Owens at Night of Champions back in September, Ryback has been looking to get back on track. His way of doing so was to interrupt Lana and Rusev sharing a “moment” on TV, Ryback was sick of seeing all of this PDA, and rather see Rusev fight. The two have fought twice already, with a count-out in the first match, and Rusev picking up the win in the second, thanks to a distraction by Lana.
I guess the big question is; does anyone really care who wins? With Rusev being in The League of Nations, it would make sense for him to pick up the win, helping the stable to continue to look strong. Personally, I can’t stand Ryback, and tend to pick against him, basically all the time – logical or not – but at any rate, if WWE looking to build Rusev back up now that he’s back with Lana, this would be a good start to decisively win a feud against “The Big Guy!”
Pick: Rusev (70% Confident)
Next: Charlotte vs. Paige
