With the upcoming WWE Draft a few weeks away, The Monster of Suplex City, Brock Lesnar, needs to be drafted to Smackdown.

Last month it was announced that the WWE, would be returning back to the brand extension. From 2002 to 2011, WWE had two separate ententes as RAW and Smackdown had their own rosters.

For the first couple of years, the brands were necessary as WWE had an influx of talent due to WCW and ECW closing down in 2001. However, towards the end of the bands were a bit useless.

Around 2008-09, the brands became a bit lopsided as talent left, and WWE struggled to create new stars. RAW quickly became the only show worth watching as Smackdown took big hits losing talent either to RAW or the superstar leaving the company altogether.

More from Brock Lesnar

With Smackdown going live on Tuesdays, WWE has vowed to make Smackdown just as watchable as RAW. To do this they will need to divide the star power from top to bottom making both shows equal.

Despite Smackdown going live, though, it will still need some much-needed help establishing an audience. With WWE doing virtually nothing with Smackdown over the last few years, they have lost a big chunk of the audience.

Even with an exclusive roster, WWE is going to need to do something monumental to create buzz back into Smackdown. To do this, WWE needs to draft Brock Lesnar exclusively to Smackdown.

Lesnar going to Smackdown would instantly make the show must watch. Even though Brock is not going to be on the show every week like other members of the roster, when he does show up, it would make Smackdown must-watch.

Lesnar is currently one of the only stars on the roster than gathers a buzz outside of the ring. With his return back into the UFC octagon on July 9th, Brock has once again gained popularity and notoriety outside of wrestling.

People who are big fans of Brock in the UFC might decide to follow him back to the WWE. This would add new fans not only to WWE but to the Smackdown brand. Brock brings fans wherever he goes and he could certainly help add fans to Smackdown.

Along with Brock bringing fans to the blue brand, the monster of suplex city also has a history of wrestling for Smackdown. Back in 2002, Lesnar was the fastest rising star in the wrestling world.

After defeating The Rock at Summerslam 2002, for the Undisputed WWE Championship, Brock shocked the wrestling world when he left Monday Night Raw, for Smackdown. Lesnar would go on to be the face of Smackdown.

His run caused some impressive moments the first was when, Brock Lesnar wrestled in the main event WrestleMania XIX in 2003. This was shown as a shock in the wrestling world as his match with Kurt Angle, main evented over The Rock vs Stone Cold in their final clash.

Brock would continue to contribute to great moments in Smackdown history. Brock would send the Big Show through the ring in June 2003. He also competed in a 60-minute iron man match against Kurt Angle on Smackdown as well.

Brock also put over Eddie Guerrero in the main event of No Way Out in 2004, giving Latino Heat his only run as WWE Champion. The Beast Incarnate then left the company in 2004, leaving the brand in a state of dismay as they lost their face of the show.

With all the memories Brock Lesnar gave during his first run on Smackdown it makes sense for him to go back to the show that made him into the star he is today. Smackdown is starting over with the Draft and they need to start strong.

With Smackdown needing to start hot right out of the gate, the brand needs to draft the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar to help make the show strong competition to Monday Night RAW.
