WWE Great Balls of Fire 2017 Results: Highlights, Analysis, and Grades

On Sunday night, the 2017 WWE Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view will take place. It’s the inaugural show with this name, that’s an exclusive show for Raw. The American Airlines Arena in Dallas, TX will host this show.
Brock Lesnar will make his first WWE Universal Championship defense at Great Balls of Fire. Samoa Joe, who won a No. 1 Contenders match at Extreme Rules, will be his opponent. It’s also the main event of the evening, which is Joe’s first time in this role as a singles performer in WWE.
Lesnar and Joe have gone head-to-head for multiple weeks on Raw, including two pull-apart brawls. The Samoan Submission Machine also choked out Paul Heyman, which brought the Beast Incarnate back to the Flagship Show. Will he be able to do the same to Lesnar at Great Balls of Fire?
Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman will potentially conclude their feud at Great Balls of Fire, as they’ll battle in an Ambulance match. It’s the first time they’ve faced each other since Payback, which saw Strowman win.

Reigns already declared himself the No. 1 contender to the Universal Championship at SummerSlam. However, if he loses on Sunday, then Strowman could be the next man up. So who will throw the other into the ambulance?
After winning a Gauntlet match, Sasha Banks will face Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship. This is their first time going head-to-head for this title. Who will walk out with the belt in hand?
