4. Sasha Banks (last week: 4)

More from Daily DDT

Sasha Banks holds steady for being the MVP of the Money in the Bank qualifier this week. She didn’t win the match, but she was definitely the one with the experience factor guiding things along.

Additionally, she was able to further her storyline with Bayley in a logical fashion, and without letting it interfere in her match. Top marks all around.

The big question now, though, is what does Sasha do from here? If she’s not going to be in the MITB match, what does she do for the next month? Is the Bayley rivalry finally going to come to a head? Does Sasha go right after the Raw Women’s Championship without a briefcase?

The uncertainty clouds things a bit, but Sasha is good enough to overcome those possible trouble.

3. Braun Strowman (last week: 2)

Two weeks in a row, Braun Strowman has slipped in the rankings. Granted, it was from 1-2, then 2-3 now. Top 3 is nothing to sneeze at, but it’s still a somewhat surprising trend. Braun is pretty clearly one of the guys, so penciling him in lower and lower every week hurts me.

Braun did qualify for the Money in the Bank match — first to do so! — but the whole “I tore down my friend’s treehouse” story was nuttier than a Batman villain. Like, I’m sure the statute of limitations has expired, but that’s still attempted murder.
