WWE SmackDown 5 Predictions: Shinsuke Nakamura Is BACK
By Mark Justice
1. Shinsuke Nakamura And Rusev Defeat U.S. Champion Jeff Hardy and WWE Champion AJ Styles In The Main Event
Shinsuke Nakamura is BACK! He is currently scheduled to face AJ Styles for the 6th time tonight on SmackDown Live. However, I foresee this match starting the show and resulting in a disqualification or no contest due to Rusev’s interference. Rusev and Nakamura will then double team AJ, and Jeff Hardy will come out to save AJ from the ambush.

Due to this probable scenario, SmackDown GM Paige will most likely announce a tag team match for the main event of SmackDown Live featuring Nakamura and Rusev vs. Jeff Hardy and AJ Styles. It’s like Teddy Long never left.
Since Nakamura is returning to action and Rusev is gaining momentum, I expect them to pick up the win tonight as strong #1 contender’s for the U.S. and WWE Titles respectively.
All in all, it should be a fantastic tag match to end the go-home show to Extreme Rules. On top of that, it will not only be an ecstatic Rusev Day but also a thrilling Nakamura Day, as can be referenced by the link on WWE’s YouTube page below from SmackDown’s episode on March 6, 2018:
