2. Drew McIntyre (last week: 1)

Fair is fair, I knocked Seth Rollins down for being on a “losing streak,” and Drew McIntyre didn’t win this week on Raw. And, like Rollins, McIntyre didn’t take the fall in his triple threat match. But the big difference here is that McIntyre stepped up big time to enter the conversation for being Universal Champion. We knew it was coming at some point, but Drew pushed fast-forward this week.

Rollins, meanwhile, has always been kinda sorta attached to the championship, so his entering the picture wasn’t as big a power move. Plus, Drew kicked the stuffing out of Rollins at Extreme Rules, so he’s definitely on the rise.

1. Ronda Rousey (last week: not ranked)

Put away your pitchforks, people. I know it seems crazy for any superstar to go from outside the top twenty all the way to number one in a week’s time. And for the superstar who does it to not even have a match during the week it happened? Insanity. Believe me, I understand.

But if you don’t think Ronda Rousey is literally the Baddest Woman on the Planet, you need to check yourself. The entire segment on WWE Raw this week featuring Rousey was picture perfect, and it establishes her as the most dominant superstar on the roster. No gender qualifiers or anything there — Ronda Rousey is more dominant than any other Raw performer right now.

Just the presentation of her entrance through the crowd, the Terminator-like way she stalked her prey, and the sheer terror in the face of Alexa Bliss and Mickie James were enough. To get a physical confrontation as well was a cherry on top. Oh, and getting a Raw Women’s Championship match at SummerSlam brings Rousey’s career televised match total to three, with the two singles matches both being for the title.

If that’s not dominant, what is?
