2. Sasha Banks Defeats Alexa Bliss

For this episode of Raw, it’s not ‘bliss’ time. As Michael Cole would vehemently declare every Monday Night on Raw, it’s BOSS time!

Last week on Raw, Sasha Banks defeated one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Nikki Cross, in what was a very technically sound match.

Even after four months of vacation, it is clear that Banks has not lost her touch, and continues to make any superstar shine in the ring with her.

As for this week on Raw, she will battle the other half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, and her arch nemesis, Alexa Bliss. These two allegedly dislike each other backstage, but there is trust that they will keep things professional inside the squared circle.

With Banks getting prepared for her championship match against Becky Lynch at Hell in a Cell this Sunday, she needs all the momentum she can get. Henceforth, she unquestionably needs to defeat Alexa Bliss clean on this episode of Raw.

As a tag team champion, Bliss needs a tag team partner to win matches, and thereby doesn’t need to win singles bouts at this point in her career. She can easily take the loss here without any harm to her momentum.
