WWE previously sold their Fiend replica belts at the ridiculous price of $7,000. Now, the price has been down to something slightly more reasonable. Slightly.

The Fiend’s motto penned on his gloves are “Hurt” and “Heal,” but nothing hurts more than the pockets of customers who bought Bray Wyatt’s replica belt on WWE Shop when it was sold at $7,000. Yes, you read that correctly. Let me spell it out to clarify: Seven thousand dollars.

Well, $6499.99, if you want to get technical about it, but you know, semantics. Besides, that doesn’t make our pockets hurt any less.

We understand why the belt was priced so expensively. After all, it is of a limited edition and was designed by iconic horror movie makeup artist, Tom Savini. But still … WWE knows that a lot of their audience comes from the working middle class, right? Not all of us have a spare $7,000 in the bank that we can afford to spend on a goofy looking belt. But alas, I digress.

The Universal Champion debuted his new, customized version of the title back in November and shortly after, WWE released a custom replica belt on their Shop site at the aforementioned ridiculous price, but now almost three months later, the price has gone down to a slightly less ridiculous price: $429.99.

Which, hey, when that’s just half of what you pay on a monthly basis when it comes to bills, utilities, and student loans combined, that still looks pretty ridiculous. But at the same time, by comparison of the previous price tag, $429.99 is a lot more affordable for the average human being who does not happen to be a billionaire.

Next. Drew McIntyre winning WWE Royal Rumble was a last minute decision. dark

Question for the non-billionaires reading this: is $430 a reasonable, affordable price tag for a belt like this? Are you more willing to buy this belt right now?
