Matt Hardy vs. Chris Jericho – Elite Deletion Match

Since first debuting for All Elite Wrestling last month, Matt Hardy has been solely entangled in the crosshairs of Chris Jericho’s long flowing locks. Which is an amazing feat during a time where everyone and their mother are social distancing.

It’s getting to the point where this town (whichever town AEW seem to be filming these undisclosed location episodes from) just ain’t big enough for the two of them. Even though these last few weeks both Jericho and Hardy have been filming promos from separate towns/locations, but whatever.

Point is that things are coming to a head and when things come to a head at the House of Hardy, things get deleted. Low and behold: The Elite Deletion match. In the vain of Ultimate Deletion and Final Deletion matches before it, things are going to get bats*** crazy.

Nyla Rose (c) vs. Hikaru Shida – Women’s Championship

Hikaru Shida has proved herself worthy as a contender week after week after week with win after win after win. Most notably thanks to a big win over Britt Baker in a Match of the Year candidate. As The Native Beast lays in wait elsewhere, it is becoming all the more clear who her next challenger will be.
