Kenny Omega and Hangman Page (c) vs. The Dark Order – Tag Team Titles

We have continued to see Kenny Omega excel in singles competition over the past couple weeks (even if a jobber had him on the ropes during last week’s Dynamite episode) while Brodie Lee has led The Dark Order to the top of the tag team rankings. Meanwhile, we have seen … none of Hangman Page.

In fact, if memory serves correct, we haven’t seen Page since that first quarantine episode of Dynamite last month. Either he’s been quarantining himself and we should be concerned, he’s been off doing “hashtag cowboy s***” and we should be concerned, or this is all part of the ever growing rift between him and The Elite.

In the latter case, Elite fans should be very concerned, as should Omega when it comes time to defend their belts. As we all continue to debate and speculate if Page could turn heel, maybe out of being tired of his allegiance in the group constantly being questioned/speculated (especially following Nick Jackson’s mysterious injury), he just walks away. Doesn’t turn, but steps back from the group once and for all.

As a result, he no-shows his own title match and leaves Omega to get dusted by the new champs, Dark Order (Evil Uno and Stu Grayson).
