In the corporate world filled with business and brands, absurdity catches one's attention and practicality maintains one's investment. WWE NXT does neither of those things, yet there are some fans on this planet who somehow still enjoy this product. To find the beauty in this show, those fans have to dig down deep because the storylines on this show are eminently surface level, reminiscent of the storylines in the Golden Era (1980s). This show has significantly deteriorated since the Black & Gold era (2010s), and Mandy Rose was quite frankly the last remnant of buzz this show ever had.

Currently, while the experienced AEW rejects, such as Ricky Saints, Ethan Page, and Blake Monroe, run roughshod as paper champs, the rising NXT Talent, such as Je'Von Evans, Tony D' Angelo, and Lola Vice are lost in the shuffle with minimal credibility. Evans has not won a singles title in NXT despite being one of the best there. Channing Stacks Lorenzo won the Heritage Cup in June and has not defended it since while his rival, Tony D, disappeared without a call up to the main roster. Vice chokes at every title opportunity, despite her immense popularity and gradual improvements.

Nonetheless, WWE NXT is now on the road to NXT Gold Rush, a special two-week event where all NXT Titles will be defended. At that event, Ethan Page and Chelsea Green are scheduled to defend their AAA Mixed Tag Titles against Joe Hendry and Thea Hail after some cringeworthy pie throwing. Kelani Jordan is scheduled to defend her TNA Knockouts Title against Jordynne Grace and Lei Ying Lee in a triple threat match after her contrived heel persona has been introduced. And, Blake Monroe is expected to defend her title at that event after an anticipated interview with her "better half."

The Culling will also be sealing the deal with Fatal Influence when Jacy Jayne invokes her rematch clause against Tatum Paxley for the World Title. As for this week on NXT, four matches have been officially scheduled: Ricky Saints (c) vs. Trick Williams for the NXT World Title in a Last Man Standing Match, Skylar Raye vs. Fallon Henley in the first round of the Women's Speed Title Tourney, Tavion Heights vs. Josh Briggs in a personal rivalry, and El Grande Americano (c) vs. Jasper Troy for the Men's Speed Title. Without further ado, here are the official NXT Predictions for November 11, 2025.

Ricky Saints vs. Trick Williams [NXT Title: Last Man Standing Match]

Ricky Saints and Trick Williams have been fighting in every segment on NXT to the point that it felt like overkill. However, the message was sent that NXT wants to write Williams off TV and call him up to the main roster with his partner, Lash Legend, and his arch rival, Oba Femi, while solidifying Saint's title reign against a former NXT Champ. This Last Man Standing Match is a feasible means to that end, as Saints will incapacitate Williams to the point that he will have nothing left to do in NXT for the foreseeable future. This is his sendoff, and Saints can move onto new challengers at Gold Rush.

Prediction: Ricky Saints

Skylar Raye vs. Fallon Henley [Women's Speed Title Tourney]

It's quite inane to only book four stars in a tournament for a title that was originally supposed to be contested solely on 'X,' but only NXT can pull that off. The winner of this match will battle Zaria, who defeated Wren Sinclair to advance to the finals of this Speed Title tournament. Since Zaria is a heel, it is likely that a babyface will battle Zaria in the finals to spite Sol Ruca, who vacated this title in the first place. Although Fatal Influence needs momentum for The Culling. Skylar Raye is the babyface in this bout, so she will likely earn a fluke victory to make a name for herself in this egregious tournament.

Prediction: Skyla Raye

Tavion Heights vs. Josh Briggs [Exhibition Match]

This feud is as basic as an episode of Looney Tunes. It's quite simple. Tavion Heights wants revenge against Josh Briggs for distracting him in his match agsinst Myles Borne. In turn, Briggs wants revenge against Heights for distracting him in his match against El Grande Americano. Without a storyline to latch onto, these two will now settle their beef in the ring for what is quite frankly a rivalry that will forever belong in the mid card vortex. Heights is a promising young talent while Briggs is the most uninteresting character in NXT today, so that means Briggs will win this match for the memes.

Prediction: Josh Briggs

El Grande Americano vs. Jasper Troy [WWE Men's Speed Title]

El Grande Americano is one of the most abysmal gimmicks in WWE History. The fact that he is a champion on NXT already speaks into existence the pernicious future of this brand. NXT would be much better off booking Jasper Troy to be the next Speed Champion. He won an entire tournament to become the number one contender, so it would be quite asinine if he did all of that just to lose when stakes are high. Also, he is a prime example of a superstar NXT should be pushing to break the glass ceiling that no one is allowed to break, as the last thing NXT wants is another failed experiment.

Prediction: Jasper Troy
