Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt
Result: Roman Reigns defeats Bray Wyatt via pinfall.
Rating: 2.8 out of 5 stars
If Reigns loses, he is out of the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Reigns would go after Wyatt immediately, clobbering him with right hands until The Eater of Worlds quickly fought back.
Moments later The Authority would come out to watch on stage, even though Seth Rollins said he didn’t need them. We go to break as Wyatt was still in control.
We come back to see Wyatt dominating an exhausted Reigns until the latter got a big lariat to even the field. Reigns would finally get up and deliver a few right hands to Wyatt before being taken down again.
Wyatt would begin slapping around Reigns before the two started trading punches. Reigns would hit a big Samoan Drop to set up a Superman Punch, which was countered. Reigns was planted and nearly pinned.
Reigns would finally hit the Superman Punch, leading to The Authority making their way to the ring.
As Kane got on the apron, Reigns side-stepped Wyatt, who flew into Kane. Reigns would spear Wyatt for the win.
After the match The Authority would start beating down Reigns until Dean Ambrose came out to make the save. He appeared with the WWE WHC and attacked Rollins, hitting him with Dirty Deeds. Ambrose would try to give back Rollins the title, but took it right back from him. The two babyfaces stood tall to end Raw.
Rob’s Note: Decent match but anything with Ambrose is entertaining. Fun way to close a decent show.
