Rob’s Note: This match was one of the more brutal ones (in terms of physicality) in recent memory. The amount of abuse that Punk took from Lesnar was devastating to watch at times, especially the rib shots he took throughout this.
Despite the brutality, this goes down as one of the best SummerSlam matches of all-time. It told a story, it showed some great wrestling and used the half hour to put on a show.
