Final Thoughts
This week’s episode was all about continuing the strength of the Wyatt Family. The Wyatts looked tremendously strong tonight, and they continue to dominate the roster. Ambrose, Cesaro, & Ryback put up a really good fight against the monsters of the Wyatt family, but the numbers were too much for the good guys to fight off.
It was interesting that Seth Rollins was kept off of SmackDown this week, but that actually works in his favour. The champ has been overexposed recently, appearing in too many segments on too many shows each week. Keeping him off of tonight’s card makes his appearances that much more important, and the show did well without him.
The in-ring action tonight was good as well, especially the main event and the match between Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns. The show was bookended by two strong match-ups and had the smashing-good time of the Trick or Treat Street Fight in the middle.
Also, Boo Dallas was a great backstage segment. The world needs more Boo Dallas.
