A look at the predictions for the WrestleMania 32 match between AJ Styles and Chris Jericho.
One of the top singles matches at WrestleMania 32 will be AJ Styles vs. Chris Jericho. This will be the fourth time these two wrestling veterans are having a singles match.
The build to this possible last bout between the two started when Y2J turned on Styles after a WWE Tag Team Championship match. This led to a real feud building up instead of the respect that these two were showing for each other.

Jericho doesn’t have much to gain from this match. It seems like the perfect stage to legitimize AJ Styles as a WWE talent and although a Styles victory would put this feud at a lopsided 3-1 in favor of Styles, I think he comes out on top at his first WrestleMania.

While bad guy Jericho is a thousand times better than annoying good guy Jericho, I still don’t want to see yet another match between him and Styles. The Phenomenal One has a huge repertoire of moves, so on a big stage at WrestleMania he may pull out something impressive, but in their previous matches we’ve already seen most of what we’re going to get. I think Styles wins to finally put an end to this feud, and Jericho returns to part-time status.

The fourth match between these two very heated rivals could be the final appearance of Chris Jericho of a while. A win for AJ will push him into the upper card where he belongs and Jericho will be gone to concentrate on Fozzy for a while before returning some time later in the year. This is Styles’ first ‘Mania and will be an epic moment for him.

AJ Styles is ready for main event status in the WWE. WWE has toyed with this idea at recent Live Events. Styles will go over Jericho once more at Wrestlemania and be on a clear path to stardom in the WWE.

Please let this feud end. They fought. Then they were tag team partners. Then they fought again. Jericho is a great heel but a victory does nothing for him. This entire storyline was about getting Styles over because McMahon is convinced no one knew about him until his WWE debut. The consummate professional that he is, Jericho will offer himself as a sacrifice upon the altar of Styles and help establish him as a legitimate main roster guy. That is until Styles asks to be pushed out of mid-card purgatory at which point he will receive the patented Triple H shovel. Enjoy it, AJ; this might be as high as you go.

Jericho says he is the best in the world at what he does. What he does is put people over. Jericho will continue to put over new stars in the WWE by letting Styles get the win over him at the Georgia native’s first Wrestlemania.

Should be another excellent match between two of the best in ring performers. Jericho is a master of having the crowd react the way he wants them to and AJ Styles truly is phenomenal. To finish this feud my prediction is AJ Styles wins in a very good back and forth match.

This is the blow off match after a somewhat long feud between two very established veterans. Expect the two men to put on yet another outstanding technical performance, hopefully the best of their matches so far. Jericho has nothing to prove at this point and is at the stage of his career that beating him still means a lot. For a guy like AJ Styles, a win over Y2J at Wrestlemania will mean he’s going places. With the money WWE spent on him and the fact that they fast tracked him to the main roster, AJ needs to go over. He pins Jericho clean after an outstanding battle.

WWE has done a good job of making Jericho relevant again by turning him heel, especially when fans were so enthusiastically supporting the Y2AJ tag team. Shame on you if you bought one of those shirts! At least they’ll be collector’s items some day! Anyway, Jericho will give AJ a terrific match, and don’t be surprised if this is the best match of the night, but at this point in his career he’s not going over.
