2. Both Raw and SmackDown tag divisions could use a reboot
It’s been long stated that The Revival would fit nicely into SmackDown Live to reignite their feud with American Alpha – one that would surely help to boost the standard of the blue brand’s tag division – but while that may be true, there’s an equally discernible void on Monday Night Raw that Dash and Dawson could also fill.
In fact, as it stands, with The Usos at the beginning of what will hopefully be a lengthy title reign under their new heel demeanor, The Revival may be better off joining the red team, where things have been looking an awful lot grimmer.

The dynamic between Enzo and Cass, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, and Sheamus and Cesaro hasn’t been that compelling, and The New Day are in a pickle with regards to where they can go after WrestleMania to keep things fresh.
It’s an assumption that a lot of people have that The Revival will jump straight into a championship feud upon their debut, which would be great, but there really is no need to rush it. Should Anderson and Gallows retain on Sunday, The Revival could do well to earn their stripes in a debut rivalry against the longest reigning tag-team champions in history, and this year’s WrestleMania hosts.
With the popularity of Woods, Big E and Kingston at an all-time high, it would certainly get Dash and Dawson over as mega heels to get one over on The New Day.
On the flip side, they could still debut on SmackDown Live and do much of the same thing with American Alpha before an organic route to the titles rears its head.

Either way, both brands’ respective tag-team divisions are in dire need of a reboot, as they’ve been mostly stagnant for quite some time with no real excitement coming through – with few exceptions like The Usos winning the gold.
The Revival is that reboot – hence the name – and there’s no doubt that they would be able to hit refresh on either brand’s tag division by debuting after WrestleMania.
