Much like Seth Rollins bought into The Authority, WWE has bought into Rollins.
Rollins may be booked as a weak WWE World Heavyweight champion but that shouldn’t be indicator of how strong he has looked since his split from The Shield. Over the course of the past year, Rollins has had programs with Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, Brock Lesnar, John Cena, and Sting.

Each of those programs have been successful for Rollins as he has grown into WWE’s top heel while carrying the WWE World Heavyweight championship. Rollins will undoubtedly be successful in his feud with Kane, and then afterwords, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see Seth “Freaking” Rollins drop the title to Roman Reigns.
But, that won’t be the end of the line for Rollins.
Rollins dropping the title to Reigns could be the igniter for a feud involving Triple H. WWE has teased a feud between Rollins and The Authority for some time and that is a match that likely will happen before WrestleMania 32. The current plan is for Triple H to feud with The Rock at WrestleMania 32, meaning the Rollins-Triple H program will likely happen before then. The foundation for the program between Triple H and Rollins would be The Authority turning on the champion after losing to Reigns.
Rollins needs to be successful in his feud with Triple H. With a victory over Triple H, Rollins could boast that he has beaten all that there is to beat in the WWE.
Enter The Undertaker.
WWE currently is debating between Rollins, John Cena, and Braun Strowman as possible opponents for The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32. Cena has been the popular name in recent weeks but Rollins should be the choice.
A Rollins versus The Undertaker match at WrestleMania 32 would be special.
For Rollins, facing The Undertaker would cap off an incredible year of booking by facing the one man whose success at WrestleMania is unrivaled. For The Undertaker, putting over Rollins in front off 100,000 fans would be a brilliant end to a Hall of Fame career. Ideally, The Undertaker’s last match would be with Sting but that no longer appears to be a realistic scenario considering the latter’s injury at Night of Champions.
Therefore, the match at WrestleMania 32 that would generate match of the year consideration would be The Undertaker versus Rollins. That is why Rollins should feud with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32.
