– 3XWrestling presents Divide & Conquer 2 in Des Moines, Iowa tonight. “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce defends the NWA World Heavyweight championship against two-time former 3XW Heavyweight and current NWA Central States champion “The Rebel” Jeremy Wyatt. This is the first NWA World heavyweight title match in Des Moines since Ric Flair defended against Dusty Rhodes in 1986. You can get more information at this link.
– An interesting match has been made for February 4 in Orlando, FL at a show being held after the Zero1 training camp. Larry Zbyszko, who never lost the AWA World Heavyweight title will be putting up his belt against The Almighty Sheik, who will be putting up the NWA World Heavyweight title he never lost. Both men claim to be the “real” World Heavyweight Champion and they have agreed to unify their titles to create one real world champion and someone will be walking out with both the NWA and AWA world title belts. Larry still has his original title belt and The Sheik still has the NWA title belt. The NWA has been using a $200 replica belt since stripping the Sheik. The show is being held at the Team Vision Dojo, as is the Zero1 camp. More information is available at ibelieveinwrestling.com.

– A new documentary, titled GLOW: The Story of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling will be released this year. The film will include footage of the 1980s syndicated series, as well as interviews with talent. Here is the official blurb on the film… “From the initial open-call auditions, to the grueling training with wrestling legend Mando Guerrero, to over-night success and global recognition, to the shows sudden and unexpected cancellation in 1990, the GLOW girls recall their time on the show with a mixture of heartfelt nostalgia and tearful regret over injuries and the loss of friends. For some, the show was a brief foray into acting and a short-lived adventure on the way to a normal life. For others, that brief time in GLOW would impact and influence their lives for years to follow. For all of the women, working on GLOW was a unique and exciting experience that will bond them forever. Starring over 30 original GLOW girls!”

As seen on Monday’s RAW Supershow, WWE apparently wrote Zack Ryder out of the storylines for the time being. There had been talk for weeks of keeping Ryder off TV for some time.
While this isn’t confirmed, there are now rumblings that Ryder is away filming a movie or some kind of program, possibly for the WWE Network.
After we noted a few weeks ago that WWE reached an agreement with “The Luke & Duane Show” to feature the song “Just Take Care, Spike Your Hair (The Broski of the Week Song)” on WWE programming. Speculation now is that Ryder may be away filming episodes of his “Z! True Long Island Story” YouTube show for the Network. Again, none of this is confirmed – just talk.
WWE has just pulled Ryder from his appearance with Kelly Kelly at this weekend’s Wizard World Comic Con in New Orleans.

– Bradley Woodward sent this one in: THQ put out a press release today mentioning that they are in the process of exiting from making Kids licensed games and instead are going to focus on core franchises. No mention of WWE as one of their key franchises but they did mention UFC Undisputed 3.
– Sabu, Sandman, Justin Credible, Al Snow, Axl Rotten and Rhino have been added to the April 28th Extreme Reunion event.
– USA Network has released their March TV line-up and it appears that WWE’s Hall of Fame ceremony will not air on Saturday, March 31st, the night before WrestleMania. Currently, they have a movie listed for the Saturday night timeslot. Last year, USA aired the one-hour Hall of Fame special to after WrestleMania. Of course, this could easily change.
There are also no three hour RAWs scheduled for March for the WrestleMania 28 build-up.
– At last word, Money in the Bank is scheduled for WrestleMania 28 with the winner being able to challenge either the World Heavyweight Champion or the WWE Champion at any time.
– The latest on the Cody Rhodes vs. Goldust/Dustin Rhodes storyline is that it’s being looked at for February’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
– It’s possible that WWE may shop the “Legends House” reality TV show to other networks if the launch of their own Network is significantly delayed.

– Ricardo Rodriguez indicated that Alberto Del Rio won’t be ready to return in time for the 30-man Royal Rumble match next Sunday. He wrote on Twitter: “If Mr Del Rio wasn’t hurt he could easily win the Royal Rumble again this year. He did win the biggest Royal Rumble match ever after all!”
– It was pointed out by WWE sources to F4Wonline that there was no Twitter mentions or graphics during last night’s RAW Supershow. Apparently that was not by accident and some feel that WWE may have had a change of heart regarding the social networking site.

The Void has a great interview up with TNA’s Mr. Anderson. Here are some highlights, you can check out the full interview at this link.
If he still watches WWE: “Very, very rarely. I try but… I’m a Fox News junkie and every once in a while I’ll try to switch to MSNBC or CNBC or CNN, and I watch for a couple of minutes but I can’t do it and turn back. I feel the same way about WWE.”
If he has seen any of CM Punk’s stuff: “That I have seen, and there’s a case of letting a guy be himself and do his own thing, and he either sinks or swims of his own accord. I’m an old-school guy; if someone has an idea let them try it – if it works, great; if it doesn’t work, then you take them off TV. But you know, at that level, everyone’s good enough that they’re not going to go out there and just be awful. But you’re not really allowed to do that at WWE.
“Over there, you have somebody literally sitting there telling you ‘Okay, you’re going to lock up with this guy, then you’re going to back him into the corner, you’re going to throw a punch, he’s gonna duck it, he’s gonna light you up and send you off, you reverse him but he’ll ditch you with a hip toss…’. Here it’s like, ‘Here you go guys, now go put your match together’, and then they will enhance it or add to it or say ‘Maybe you should do this instead?’ And that’s the difference and it’s very beneficial to the performer to work in an environment like that.”
